Stages include the Concord Pacific World Music Stage, SFU Celebration Stage, Bell Cultural Cooking Arena, KPU Community Dance Stage, Wesgroup Unity Stage, Family Stage, and Connect FM Cultural Dance Stage. The Cultural Cooking Arena is a foodie's paradise. Watch Surrey youth compete in a Youth Cooking Showdown on Saturday. On Sunday, learn from representatives from Surrey Fusion Festival’s pavilions showcase their country's culinary traditions and teach you how to cook authentic dishes, including Peruvian ceviche, Korean tteokbokki, Vietnamese salad rolls, Indigenous Bannock, Honduran pupusas, Jordanian musakhan, and Ghanian puff puff.
The Indigenous Village is an important part of the Surrey Fusion Festival. Here, you can learn about writing music in the Indigenous Songwriters Circle, buy goods from the Indigenous market, view cultural displays and rest in the Teepee. There will be two days of Indigenous cultural sharing, dance, and contemporary performances on the Siam Stage, including Indigenous throat-singing duo PIQSIQ on Sunday evening.
