Western Canada’s largest, award-winning multicultural festival returns to Holland Park on July 19 & 20, 2025. Be involved and share your important message as we celebrate the diversity of Surrey and the Lower Mainland!

Cultural pavilions

Due to high demand and limited space in Holland Park, we are currently at capacity for cultural pavilions for the 2025 Surrey Fusion Festival. If you'd like to be considered if cultural pavilion space becomes available, please add your name to the waitlist. 

Non-profit exhibitors

Non-profit organizations are legal entities organized and operated for a collective, public, or social benefit. These organizations participate at a reduced rate due to their significant community involvement and positive social impact.

Corporate exhibitors

Corporate Exhibitors are businesses, corporations, or groups that are authorized to act as a single legal entity. They raise awareness of their company and connect with Surrey residents via an in-person booth or activation.

Partner with the City of Surrey and raise awareness of your organization within the community.

Performers

Surrey Fusion Festival supports local arts and culture by hosting talented, diverse musicians from Surrey, the Lower Mainland, across Canada and internationally. Organizers are committed to programming a diverse and equitable representation of Indigenous, Black, people of colour, women, 2SLGBTQ+, and other equity-deserving musicians to perform at the festival.

To apply as a performer, please email specialevents@surrey.ca with "Surrey Fusion Festival 2023: Performer Application [Your Band's Name]" in the subject line. Application deadline is April 1, 2025.

The City of Surrey also uses the Surrey Musician Directory to source local talent for its events and festivals. If you are a musician residing in Surrey, apply to join the Surrey Musician Directory.
